Capability Vision
The Earth Science Data Systems Working Groups were established by NASA to engage the scientific community in defining new concepts for future data systems. The working groups have identified processes and mechanisms to improve interoperability, reduce costs, and increase scientific productivity in an era where principle investigators are more directly involved in the processing and dissemination of Earth science information.
This presentation contains the working groups’ vision for the capabilities of future Earth Science Information Systems.
